Customized products are excluded from exchange and return, unless there is a quality defect or transport damage.

Production and delivery time may be longer than for standard products. Please allow sufficient time. We will confirm the estimated delivery date with you in advance.

For special requests (e.g. logo printing, custom dimensions, etc.), please contact us before ordering to clarify feasibility.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Please check all details carefully before payment.

The final product may differ slightly from the sample shown (e.g. in color or material texture). We appreciate your understanding.
